1. About these terms
These terms apply to your use of techselectai.com ("TechSelectAI"), operated by Barmageyat, Egypt. By using the site you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.
2. What TechSelectAI provides
TechSelectAI publishes research on business and operational software and offers tools that help you compare products against your own requirements. Product information is compiled from vendor documentation and other cited sources. Each capability is marked as supported, conditional, not supported or not yet verified, and "not yet verified" means we have not confirmed it, not that the product lacks it.
3. Research, not professional advice
Our content and recommendations are for research and decision support. They are not legal, financial, procurement or professional advice, and they do not replace your own due diligence. Vendor capabilities, pricing and availability change; always confirm critical requirements directly with the vendor before you buy. We do not guarantee that any information is complete, current or error-free.
4. Independence and advertising
Product rankings are calculated by our published methodology and are never sold. Some pages show advertising, and some may show clearly labelled sponsored content. Products developed by Barmageyat may appear in the catalog; they are disclosed and evaluated under the same rules as every other product. See Trust & independence and Methodology.
5. Accounts
You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for activity under your account. Provide accurate information, and tell us at support@techselectai.com if you believe your account has been misused. We may suspend accounts that break these terms.
6. Content you submit
Reviews, software suggestions, evidence and vendor claims must be honest and based on your own knowledge or cited sources. Do not submit fake reviews, content you have no right to share, or confidential information belonging to others. You allow us to store, moderate, edit for clarity and publish submissions as part of the service. We may decline or remove any submission.
7. Acceptable use
Do not misuse the site: no attempts to disrupt or gain unauthorised access to it, no automated bulk scraping that burdens it, no use of the site to send spam, and no use that breaks the law.
8. Intellectual property
The TechSelectAI name, logo, research, methodology and site content belong to Barmageyat or its licensors. You may quote and cite our research with attribution and a link to the source page. Product names and trademarks belong to their owners.
9. Third-party links
We link to vendor websites, documentation and other sources. We are not responsible for their content or practices.
10. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, the site is provided "as is", and Barmageyat is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for decisions made based on information on the site.
11. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt, without affecting any mandatory consumer protections that apply where you live.
